How to Request a Refund

• The date of your purchase
• The plan you purchased
• A brief reason for the refund request

Once we receive your refund request, we'll process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take up to 10 business days.

Upon processing your refund, your account access will be immediately revoked, and you will no longer be able to use the premium features associated with your plan.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges. Cancellations do not result in refunds for the current billing period.

Refund: A refund is a return of payment for your current billing period. Refunds are only available for annual plans within the 30-day guarantee period. After a refund is processed, your account access is immediately revoked.
